I'm a qualified gym instructor, and Personal Trainer based in Seaford, East Sussex. In my early twenties, I discovered a love of fitness and quickly realised the benefits it had on my physical, and mental health.  I use my knowledge, and experience to support people with their own fitness goals.


Over the years, I've sampled a whole variety of different types of exercise, from gym classes such as spin and yoga, to CrossFit and weightlifting. To achieve your goals, it's incredibly important to find an exercise you enjoy. Exercise isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about finding what suits you, and gets you energised.


My passion is to show people the positive impact exercise can have on your body and mind. It’s all about getting you moving, and feeling stronger, fitter, and healthier.


Before working in the fitness industry, I worked in education in mentoring and counselling roles. I've gained valuable skills which enable me to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances. Being patient, and understanding the importance of communicating effectively helps to achieve great results.

  • Fat-burning workouts - using a range of equipment such as barbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxing pads/gloves, skipping ropes, and body weight movements

  • Injury prevention and mobility - targeting muscle imbalances



1 hour park session - £30 (The Salts, Seaford)

1 hour session at CrossFit Chimera, Newhaven - £35

1 hour session at Whitt Fit Training, Seaford - £35

Group session for 2 - £45 (at the gym or in the park)

30 minute sessions also available at each site
